Delete your account and data.

You can permanently delete your Pryvo account and associated hosted data from inside the app. If you cannot open the app, request deletion by email below.

Delete inside Pryvo

  1. Open Pryvo.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Open Privacy & data.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Confirm deletion.

If your account has an email address or an Apple or Google sign-in, deletion takes effect at once — you are signed out everywhere and the account stops working — and becomes permanent 14 days later. Signing back in during those 14 days offers to restore it. An anonymous account is deleted permanently and immediately, because there is no sign-in to restore it through. Once a protected account is erased, its sign-in address cannot be used to register a new account for 30 days.

Request deletion by email

Use this option if you cannot access Pryvo. Email us with the subject line Pryvo deletion request and include the Pryvo session ID shown on the Account screen, if available, plus an email address for follow-up.

Request account deletion

We verify requests before deleting data to protect against unauthorized deletion. Deletion removes hosted tasks, evidence metadata, review history, appeals, grants, settings, and known proof objects. Limited backup or security-log retention may apply as described in the Privacy Policy.
